One Year Parts and Labor

All LAYON™ products are guaranteed to function under normal playing conditions for one year from the date of purchase.   After one year, in the event that a  LAYON™ product becomes un-operational, LAYON™ Drum Triggers will repair the product  for repair labor costs, not to exceed $50 per item. 

In order to exercise this repair warranty, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be shipped to LAYON™ Drum Triggers, these shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

LAYON™ Drum Triggers will pay domestic (Continental United States) return shipping charges.  Alaska and Hawaii as well as International shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

If the repair is ordered after one year of the product ship date, the customer agrees to pay repair labor costs (limited to $50 per item). 

LAYON™ Drum Triggers  is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.  If you have questions about this warranty, please  email  info@layon.com .
